About Me

My name is Ben. I started my career in retail management at a tech company specializing in customer service. I have helped seniors and adults transition from landline to smartphone, to learn to text and share photos with their grandchildren, to surf the web, email like pros, set up social media accounts, and more.

After a few years managing teams at several locations, one gap became clear - there’s plenty of support for seniors and adults to buy tech, but it's hard to find support after that.

My Approach

I will come to your residence with only one goal: to help you learn to use your tech the way you want. By learning in your own home, we can focus our full attention on your tech in the environment where you are actually going to use it.

I will start by having a chat to understand what you already know and what you would like to learn. You decide what you want to accomplish - I will provide suggestions and build a tailored lesson plan. If you aren’t sure where to start, I will pick from some of my pre-made lesson plans and we will adapt to your specific needs as we go.

Most importantly, my focus is on building the skills to do it on your own, without help. And if you ever need any refreshers, I’m always around.
